Camera build quality is good but srihome app is worst to use, it doesn't support major AI features cam doesn't rotate 360 degree, frequently get struct and stop working, no patrol option. I jst replaced it again same problem is repeating. Without proper interface camera is useless so I request refund pls arrange it. Connectivity issue is also their. App doesn't have any good feature 😕 it's jst simple app don't go for srihome app based camera it's waste of money

Worst video quality and very slow network catching... Main thing is video record saving is not working.... Dont buy such a model...how is amazon allowed this type of apps... Very difficult to handle sri app... Very bad experience

Absolute waste of money. App is useless and camera doesn’t read the QR code. Customer care doesn’t pickup and no other way is given to claim warranty. Amazon will wash off its hands saying it is not our responsibility, after earning outrageous margin in between.
