Cable is so brittle and appears to just be broken at certain points in the run, cable will be wired correctly and fail a tester. When it does work its capable of reaching its rated speeds, but it seems to be every couple of cables i make up, they just wont work due to the above

The cable is perfect and don't let the budget price put you off. No issues with it even running at 10Gb over copper.

Not Cat 6 cable - 96Mb/s is best I get
No way is this Cat6 - cannot get anything over 96Mb/s on a 1Gb connection - says Cat6 on box, nothing printed on cable and made a number of cables none of which achieve a decent speed. I have a Cat5e patch cable returning 400Mb/s! I now have 250m of useless cable
