Very good quality, solid and durable item. Does what it should do. Used it the stretch my uniform hat with 1/2 an inch. Did it very easily. I think it could have stretched it safely up to 1 inch, if necessary. It keep using it to keep it in shape. Very good buy; well worth the price!
