These Remington straighteners with Extras Slim plate have made such a difference to how I style my hair. I have a short bob and found these really easy to use. Very versatile regarding hairstyles I have been able to achieve with these. I have curled my hair, waved it, and straightened it. I have flicked it , basically just tried various looks with them. They are great on my fringe too. They are lightweight, they heat up quickly, digital temperature setting which is easy to see, decent length cord, on/off button. I have not burnt my fingers so the design is good. Honestly they are excellent. Over the years I have tried numerous brands of straighteners for my hair. Never knew extra slim plates even existed, they have totally changed how I style my hair. Basically because they make styling my hair easy. I can get to the roots easily and the style stays in, no dropping of curls. I love them !!!!

Good price and product, delivered on time

This Remington Hair Straightener is value for money; it heats up very quickly and is easy to control. I found the slim blades very different to my previous Straighteners and they take some getting used to. I'm still not sure that I like this feature as I have only used them three times. Each time my hair looked good but the next day it looked as though the straightness doesn't hold.

Best straighteners ever for short hair. Great for temp control and fab barrel width. Highly highly recommend.

These are brilliant for shorter hair. Gets hot quickly and there is temperature control. The pouch for storage is very good

I'm really happy with these straighteners. I have very fine chin length hair and my old hair straighteners were too chunky to be able to use well whereas these are slim and easy to use, so much better. They would also be fantastic to use on a fringe and not be left with little dents trying to get close to the scalp They are rounded at the sides which also makes them easy to use to curl hair with. I like that I can choose the temperature for them as well

My hairdresser has advised me to get straighteners with an adjustable temperature due to damaged hair. A friend recommended these to me as i have short hair. They are ok, but have a couple of negative points. Firstly the whole of the plates don't properly touch when in use. Secondly i last used them almost 24 hrs ago and the barrel is still warm whether that is a fault with just mine, or a design flaw is unknown I think from a safety standpoint, i wouldn't really recommend. I will follow my betrer jufgement and buy the similar cloud nine version

I like that you can set the temperature easily but not so good that you have to set it each time you use it. It suits shorter hair , but not sure if it would be suitable for lon hair as it is very narrow. The effect does seem to last well on my awkward hair ( dead straight). All in all I am pleased with this item, either the price being reasonable as well.

Perfect for short hair. Temp up to 230°C is very handy for thick hair like mine. Heats up really fast and cools down safely with its own pouch. Worth the price.
