Ive tried a dozen glutathione supplements... the first time I tried vaily in the original plastic bottles I could feel it work within a minute everytime. I felt my brain relax and think much clearer and had a boost of energy for about an hour or 2. No other type or form of glutatione ever did this!!! I took it for over a year weekly and same result every time.Just got the new form in these packages..it does not make any effect like the old ones even taking 2 at a time . I’ve taken oral glutathione supplements in the past but this is my first time using a liquid glutathione supplement and I notice a difference. I feel like the absorption is more effective. I take my supplement before working out in the morning and I have noticed a difference in my energy during and after workouts. The taste took a little getting used to but it is tolerable. This supplement is great! Liquid form is perfect and it is only a small amount so it’s easy to consume. Tastes good too as a bonus. Since I have started taking this I have noticed sleep improvement too.

I think this is a great product all around, it has 2 key components I need for thyroid/joint support, as well as others. It gives me a boost of energy to the point of feeling like I need to get up and go. Also, I must note I have had a little less pain than usual too. The only con for me is the aftertaste, however, that’s easily fixed with a drink, gum, etc.
