Is this one 500 sheet pack or a box of paper?

It is a ream - so a pack of 500 sheets.

Is the colour true to the image? I bought some lilac paper from another amazon seller but it was pink not purple.

Paper definitely was purple. Difficult to judge as to whether it's exactly how you are viewing it, as it will depend on your device's settings.

How many sheets in this pack? Image shows 500, but description does not confirm this? Bought this elsewhere and there are only 250 sheets!

I brought this awhile ago from what I remember its a standard ream I think that's 500, I think it more than 250. Sorry cant be more helpful
