This makes such a difference for our big dog who is a nightmare for pulling, he has figured out how to pull with it on, so it's not a 100% cure, but it is SO much better than just a collar or harness. Fiddly to start with, but once you have the knack it's easy enough to take on and off.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant couldn't believe how fast this worked not week, or days but less than an hour my dog who pulled for England was suddenly not pulling me anymore. He never even objected to me putting the head collar on - its like a horses halter and you just lead your dog no pain at all to you dog. Would really recommend giving this ago if your dog pulls you.

A guide dog trainer reccommended one of these to my wife when she saw her struggling to control our Lab. We ordered one the same day but didn't hold out much hope as we had tried other things before. It made a difference from the first time we put it on. We both used to get really stressed when walking him but now it's a pleasure. If you are struggling with your dog, get one of these.

My dog is a large rescued labrador/great dane cross and when he pulls, especially after cats, it is really hard to hold him back. With the Gentle Leader on it is so much easier to keep him under control and even my wife can take him out now. He does not mind it on at all and it is also helping with his general behaviour when out walking.

While my pooch may not love having the leader around his muzzle - it does work well! He doesn't pull and I have total control over his "need" to kiss children in their face (oddly, most parents have a problem with that!). The product is durable and doesn't give the impression of a 'mean' dog like some heavier collars (such as a big metal one) may do.

Have bought one of these leaders before and did not have a problem but got one for my new Labrador puppy unfortunately it snapped after a week of wear so was disappointed. I would recommend it but not for a powerful dog.

Very good service, arrived before expected time, excellent for a strong dog, pulling stops straight away, the dog feels half his body weight and is totally manageable and the comp chew is a lovely touch.
