Perfect quality of veal cutlets and they were already tenderized for a nice tender bite. The cost is good for the amount you receive.

This veal is so good and perfect! This is our 3rd order and everybody I have cooked it for adores it. The cutlets are even sizes and generous and the meat is to die for. It’s very difficult to find veal these days. So I figured I would give this a shot. It arrived frozen and invery good condition. I have been cooking veal cutlets for a very long time so I know what I’m doing. I use this to make veal marsala. Unfortunately, even after pounding the veal paper thin it was still a little bit chewy. I did not overcook it for the price I was expecting better. It was OK, but I would not order it again.
