Very bright upgrade! Installation will depend on vehicle manufacture. On the 2016 F150 it was a bit of a pain but can be done at home.

Wanted to upgrade the yellow halogen lights with LED’s on my 2015 F-150. These worked great and fit great as well. Plug and play with no re-wiring. Some videos say some bulbs with fans barely fit the low beam housing. It is tight due to the positioning of the bulb in the housing but I will say these fit in perfectly fine with a tiny bit of extra room. I still was able to fit the rubber cover over the light housing even on the low beam. Super bright, installation was moderate difficulty only because I didn’t read the directions at first. Second side only took a few minutes. The bulb has a removable piece that locks the tabs in. Remove it from the bulb and install it first. Then install the bulb into that piece. I will update if a problem shall arise.

DOESNT FIT 2017 F150 MODELS! Says they fit 2015-2023.. not the case. I tried to install in my 2017 f150 and the Connecter piece to plug into my truck to make the bulb shine was spaced to far apart to even connect, not to mention, where usually you twist the bulb to lock it in place inside the headlight lens covering, the part that is supposed to make the bulb lock was to big you can’t even get the bulb locked in place inside the headlight assembly. Definite waste of $75 and waste of my time. Ended up spending $160 on new headlight setup at my LOCAL O’riellys auto parts with lifetime warranty.

I bought these LED bulbs for my 2020 F150. I have no problems with the bulbs themselves. They are as advertised. Plug and play. No special wiring or accessory harness needed. What I want to do is make the buyer aware it’s not an exactly easy job and to offer a few tips. If you look up on YouTube replacing the bulbs for 2015-20 F150 you’ll see what I mean. You will need to be comfortable with and have the tools for the technique that involves partially removing the wheel well liner. I’d say it’s a moderate level DIY job for sure. If you have a way to easily remove the front tire, it will make the job easier. The instructions tell you to remove the mounting ring from the light and install it first and then install the light. I would suggest inserting it all as one unit if you can…it was difficult to get the ring only mounted tight. Also, the polarity of the bulbs is not clearly marked so make sure the bulb is connected correctly BEFORE going through the contortion of securing the bulb in the headlight. WHILE YOURE AT IT, YOU SHOULD ALSO REPLACE YOUR FLASHER AND PARKING LIGHT BULBS AS GETTING ACCESS TO THE CAVITY IS LABOR INTENSIVE. In summary, the bulbs are great but be prepared for a little work on the installation itself.

These things are hard to install in 2020 Ford f150 xlt 2wd. But, they light up Hawaii from Oklahoma. Another weird thing they do is a quick stutter off and on about every 3 minutes, but barely noticeable from inside the vehicle. 4 months in and still bright.

Remove the wheel well panel's 4 or 5 screws, and turn your tires so you have easier access. Change ALL your lights while you have it open. Pro tips. Hope that helps. High quality lights that work way better than factory bulbs. Worth the upgrade!
