This product made me lose weight and cured food noise. Just what I wanted and needed. Price was a little high for me so next time I’m buying a less expensive product hoping it’ll work like this. No smell and the size is of a regular capsule. My blood sugar seems regular and I felt great. Takes a week to get use to. You may feel nauseous at first just push thru it.

Love this stuff! Been off and on this product since 2023. In 2023 out of the blue my a1c jumped through the roof. It was 8.9. I can’t tolerate metformin I live on the toilet with it lol. I researched a lot of different things and came upon this product. I was like it can’t hurt. So I watched my sugar intake but I wasn’t completely low carb and started this supplement. I did one in the morning and one in the evening. It took about a week to really tell that it was helping. My joints felt better and slowly my morning blood sugar started coming down. At 2.5 months later rechecked my a1c and it was down to 6. Then a month after that I got pregnant with my daughter. It regulated my period to a 28 day cycle as well lmao. Well I had to stop taking it due to the berberine and not sure if it was safe for pregnancy. After I had her I started it again and it truly helps lower a1c. Now you can’t eat your way in sugar you have to make an effort too but it will help you a ton! It also dropped my husbands a1c by 2 points in 3 months as well.
