I cook with garlic but my husband can peel and eat (he absolutely smells like garlic sometimes🙂). I got him the black garlic and he loves it. Eats right out of jar and bakes with his salmon. Based on his opinion, I will continue to order. I may cook with it, but doubt I will ever eat by itself like my husband.🙂

I was first introduced to black fermented garlic two years ago. Knowing full well that garlic is very beneficial to human health, such as lowering cholesterol and supporting immune system, I was very curious about this version of garlic. I ordered a sample and liked it very much. Black fermented garlic has a mild, almost delicate taste, and yet it is flavorful and highly enjoyable. It can be consumed on its own or placed in salads. This particular version of black fermented garlic was outstanding. I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes to try something different. Black fermented garlic is one of my favorites!
