Well Made & Worked In My Bath Test... Thinner Rubber & Maybe A Brighter Colour Might Be Preferable
The media could not be loaded. I got these for use on holiday. I wear glasses, and contact lenses are not for me, so with this, I can attach them to my prescription sunglasses and can confidently go on/in the water with reduced worry should my glasses fall. The rubber tubes that the glasses arms slide into are easy to use and I found my glasses well gripped by these, although my second "emergency" pair, which have thinner arms did feel a bit loose in them, though they still gripped. This "thinner pair" was the pair I used in my video which shows the strap floating in my bath test. Please note - The bath water isn't dirty but has bath salts in so you can see the sinking/floating better :)There is a compromise with these though and that is due to that large rubber which grips onto the arms, my glasses don't fit snugly onto my head. They feel like they sit on top of the ears rather than behind them. You can of course tighten the Cressi strap to secure onto the back of the head, but I think maybe thinner rubber would be preferred. Also I'm not sure if they do this, but a brighter colour would probably be preferable for spotting if they end up in the water.Otherwise, this Cressi strap works well and could save me the financial and practical impact if my glasses ended up in the lake.

Brilliant, practical, albeit unattractive solution for avoiding ‘disaster’
I’ve now lost 2 pairs of glasses to strong waves, never to be found again, most recently kayaking. In an effort to not lose anymore pairs, what I seek from this Cressi float lanyard is the ability to be able to find my glasses again (let’s be honest, I need to continue to wear them at all times, even at sea, and not wearing them is not an option). This is a black neoprene floating lanyard, Cressida branded. It’s extremely soft and light such that you actually forget you very quickly forget you’ve attached this lanyard to your glasses.Simple to use. Simply place your glasses arms in the rubber, wear your glasses and then tighten the lanyard around the back of your head. Voila … a snug and secure fit. Your glasses are neither falling nor slipping off easily.Additional benefits are that it has elastic that remain buoyant in water, so should they come off and should they come off in water, the lanyard should float. This is an extremely simple and basic yet brilliant innovation and one that I will wear and use regularly. No more ocean mishaps for me (I hope). My only gripe …. A brighter, summery colour would have been very welcome in making spotting this lanyard (and my glasses) easier.Where some may struggle is if their glasses arms are small and thin. In this situation, the lanyard does not grip as well. Finally, and for everyday use, you’ll probably want a lanyard that a tad more discreet, less thick !!I hope you found this review helpful.

chonky and wide!
made for glasses with large temples/temple-tips. not suitable for Maui Jim Sports or similar. The rubber 'grip' is just too wide.No warning of this in the advertising. Also product is just too chonky. It's like wearing the shoelace of an 80's Detriot rapper round your neck!
