Great taste, great carbs, easy to digest

These taste great and are good gram for gram in terms of energy. Bit pricey. I was hoping to switch to them from my current gels as they will allow me to carry less weight overall and produce last plastic waste, but unfortunately they seem to give me GI issues (of course a very personal thing some may get on fine with).

I bought these after doing g lots of research on running fueling and strategy. Basically I'm a large runner, at the time of getting these 150+ kg. I was preparing for a half marathon and higher carbs than normal gels (generally around 20g) were needed to keep me going. These were brilliant in doing that. I used these every hour with others gels and gummies in between. Worked so well I felt I could keep going a few more miles at the end. Now I take them with me on all my longer runs now.

Perfect for kind days in the saddle. Easy to use and tastes amazing.

A little on the thick side. Super sweet taste. Definitely work well though and provide sufficient energy for long runs. Recommend if you don’t mind a thicker gel.

The GEL 50’s are great, been using them on multiple rides, they don’t have the chemical taste, they taste pretty great actually. They haven’t caused any unpleasantness in my stomach and they’ve pulled me out of the bonk on multiple occasions! They also aren’t an absolute mission to open, well designed all round!

I’m always a bit wary to try different gels, but these really help on long run days and they taste great. The citrus flavouring is nice and subtle and not too artificial.
