They are whole beans. So no you cant put them in a perculator unless you grind them first. They are not organic. Highly recommend for great flavour though. Really cant tell that they are decaff.

I honestly don’t know the country of origin but if you email them direct they will tell you. I have always found them to be most helpful and the coffee taste to excellent but everyone’s pallet is different.
