I have Atrial Fibrillation for many years & as a consequence I have been prescribed daily anticoagulant ( Rivaroxaban). As a consequence, the frequency of bleeds has very significantly dropped. You might consider this stuff expensive, but the small pot lasts me 6-8 weeks. Try it, it works for me.
