???????????
If you're looking to improve your pool and maybe get some psychological advantage in competition from this book prepare for dissapointment. In my opinion it's mostly babble, a psychotherapist who plays pool decides to write a book and makes notes on some of the most obvious points about how to improve your game. It did confirm to me however that the people who benefit most from psychology are 1) the advisor and 2) folk with a mental problem. It wont harm to read this book, and even if you get only a couple of pointers that are relevant to you it may be worth the cover price and effort to read, just don't expect too much !

Fun read
A very interesting book on how to try and combat the games your mind plays on you when you're playing pool. What you learn in this book is definitely transferable to other skills too.I did find it quite hard to stay focused on reading it, but its probably better to take it in in small steps anyway!
