Fantastic value for a first class product!
Absolutely delighted with my renewed laptop from this company. My laptop arrived well packaged and in "as new" condition. Lovely and compact compared to my previous HP laptop. I like the keys which light up in darker environment. Quite the best key board I have used as I am a touch typist. I also notice the screen is very sharp, the colours and layout are very user friendly. All in all, I am very impressed and highly recommend this product.

Constantly reboots itself
Received this laptop and I was pretty pleased with it for the 1st half day until it started constantly rebooting, stating that Windows had ran into a problem and had to restart. I have only had it for days and I am now having to return it which is a right pain as I even put M365 on it!It is constantly rebooting and I keep losing my work, which is a pain. Now I have to return it and yet the label they have provided does not have a return address on, nor is it free? Where do I return the laptop to and how do I return it free of charge?Glad I got to add this review before it rebooted again!
