Taste - like medicines, liquid consistency (not gel) so spills while consuming and makes hands sticky which causes trouble while running, aftertaste is strong and causes lump in throat which again is a problem while running, performance wise - no major or even minor improvement noticed in running performance

Used for first time and found it to be okish, very thin and like syrup

Good stuff.... Would have preferred it slightly thicker... Tends to ooze out of the packet very easily
