I love Orange polenta cake. Receipe online! I was suggesting nicely that it was about time she got off her arse and made one. I got the usual excuse that she didn't have the right polenta. Not to be outdone Amazon sell it. She had no excuse then and bloody lovely it is too.

It's nice and gritty, unlike the other brands on here. I definitely recommend it for multiple types of dishes and the gritty one is more versatile and easier to cook. It also tastes very fresh and it's good. Very affordable too.

Great polenta, nice and rough ground. Tastes amazing.

Used this at Christmas to make my roast potatoes as I am coeliac and need to eat GF, so semolina is out. I mixed the polenta with GF flour and coated my par boiled potatoes with the mixture then place in a tray of goose fat in the oven. My guests commented that they were the best roasties they had tasted! Looking now for other recipes to make with the rest of the bag.

Am gluten intolerant. Mercifully, no issues with this product. In fact, it's so delicious and creamy. Great quality. Thank you!
