They are cotten linen blend more cotton than linen 95 cotton however they fit which is highly unusual 6'5 275 and they are long enough they fit. They are comfortable. I miss the palms that used to be on here they are an ok substitute.

Other than the fact that they run a size smaller than the actual size, and that after a couple of uses the material especially around the pocket becomes easily rippable. Putting my car keys into my pocket My thumb caught on the edge of the pocket ripping The pocket slightly. For something just to take home vacation with you or Just lounging around in that doesn't have to be top quality, I would highly recommend these. But something for extended wear, over a period of time, I would definitely look for different style or brand.
