So far so good, I’ve had no adverse effects with these, they’re easy to take and have many health benefits. It’s early days but they don’t upset my stomach, so I’ll carry on taking them and time will tell.

They are good quality at a reasonable price.

I have found this does work, mind is more alert. But you must take 2 tablets. Not one. A good aid for people who have to concentrate a lot at their job.

I've taken this blend before from a different supplier and had great results, but unfortunately this blend hasn't had the same effect. Take 2 tablets a day but haven't noticed the same effect as others. Given 3 stars as there may be other reasons why these didn't have the same effect.

I am very much into the more herbal remedies, ginseng has been used in China for over 2000 years, something having being used for health benefits must have some reasoning and effectiveness. I do find that I have more energy when taking these, they prove effective and are great value for money. If you are curious about what they are like I would recommend just giving them a go. They are not too expensive.

Will reorder once my current supplement is finished. They not an overly noticeable difference but they blended well with my stack.
