I have a prescription for 2.00 and 2.25 and struggle at an optician to get glasses to suit my computer and distance needs so I find +2 ready readers are ideal for my reading glasses and +1 ready readers are ideal for driving and everything else. So I was delighted to find I could get a pair of ready-reader sunglasses in a +1. These are perfect in the sun and for driving on sunny days. The quality is second to none, you would be hard-pushed to get a pair of prescription sunglasses this good for 10 times the price. The lens is a lovely tint that's not too dark and the vision is crystal clear. The build quality of the frames is outstanding, they feel good, and solid and have beautifully smooth edges and are a perfect fit. I often wonder when attending an optician why it takes so long for them to faf around adjusting your new glasses for the perfect fit, yet every pair of ready readers I have bought "Just fit" Overall, great quality at a great price.

Exactly what I needed for summer in the garden reading. I only need 1.5 reading classes and £4 is pretty good. I like this make as they are sturdier than a lot of the competition. Comfortable to wear and make reading easy in the sunshine! Comfort: Comfortable. Not too narrow. Updated 19/8/25. Lost previous pair. Ordered again. Great value.

Good product at a good price 👌

I bought these on a whim as they were so cheap. The lenses are very dark so excellent in bright sunshine. I had a magnification of +2 but I'm not really sure if it is that magnification as it doesn't seem the same as other glasses of the magnification. However it's definitely value for money and I suggest you buy them with a slightly higher magnification than you normally buy.

These do look nice. I ordered 2 pairs and only wore 1 but the lenses in both became permanently cloudy in just a couple of days.

I hope they never stop making these sunglasses. I keep a pair everywhere... in the truck, my wifes car, in my golf bag, at work, a couple more at home. Can't believe such a timeless looking pair if sunglasses for so little money. The only thing that I could think to make them better would be to offer a progressive magnification; a little less at the top and a bit more magnification at the bottom. They'd be absolutely perfect then!
