I rarely write reviews. From the first night, I knew I had to write about how much I love this pillow. I have curvy hips and sleeping at night can be painful on my back and hips due to poor support and Sciatica pain. I tried feather and memory foam pillows and those were too high which caused me discomfort. I tried a different lumbar pillow that’s on the thicker side because it’s made for chairs, but not for sleeping. That was a pain to try to maneuver with and the thickness limited my sleeping positions. In order to sleep comfortably, I move around a lot and can’t sleep in the same position for too long.This pillow is like my Goldielocks. It’s just right. It’s thin enough to roll myself over comfortably without causing it to move around, but thick enough to give me just the perfect amount of support for my waist and back to keep me better aligned. I also like how it’s longer than most lumbar pillows to allow me to roll around and still have support. My quality of sleep has instantly improved from the first night and since then, I haven’t experienced any hip or back pain from sleeping. Worth EVERY penny!!

This pillow is a God send…I’ve been sleeping on it the past two days. I really need to replace my mattresses because that’s what’s causing my lower back pain. This pillow will help in the meantime though. I was diagnosed with ddd and suffer from back and leg pain. Since sleeping on this pillow the pain hasn’t been as severe and I can move around and do what I need to do without being in constant pain. Also when I get up from bed I don’t notice any extreme, severe pain. BUY THIS PILLOW, Your back will thank you ❤️

This pillow works well to elevate the small of my back taking pressure off my herniated lumbar disk. I bought this pillow after researching how to help my back pain between medical procedures. This fit the bill. The pillow is comfortable when laying down or reclining and it's wide enough to support my entire back. For me, it doesn't work well in a chair as it sits below my lumbar disc area. The memory foam is cool and doesn't trap heat. The cover is washable so it can be cleaned if necessary. I deducted one star because the cover of my pillow arrived with a two-inch hole in the seam. If you have lower back injuries this might work well for you.

I wish I had one of these a long time ago! The wrenching pain in my lower back from the time I wake up & then I have to stretch to relieve some stiffness and lower back pain, but this pillow has helped me tremendously! I have been using it also when I sit and watch TV. It works great and really supports my back. I think my mattress is too soft for me and was not supporting me while sleeping. I would recommend this to friends and family.

(After a few days of using) I want to come back to add that I loved this soooo much that I bought another one. I literally have ZERO back pain now. This pillow is awesome.I got my pillow when I got home from a long day at work. I excitedly put it in its pillow case and put it behind me in my lower lumbar area in my recliner. It was instant relief. I then wanted to see how it felt laying down so I brought it to the couch, laid the pillow down and laid on it on my side aligned with my waist and hip. This again was instant relief. I already know I’m going to LOVE this pillow. I look forward to getting better sleep and not having back pains the next day.

for the past 7 years i’ve struggled with lower back pain due to my herniated discs. i’ve tried heat pads which don’t help much due to the temporary relief and have even tried pillows between my legs as recommended by others. this product has since allowed me to sleep SO comfortably. it’s easy to move anywhere due to its size, allowing me to have comfort anywhere i go. I’ve used this for my back but also for the times i have stiff shoulders or a stick neck. it’s helped me wake up feeling much better. the support that the angle of it gives is great and the beaded area helps give you pressure when needed, if not you can easily flip it over. it’s not a stiff pillow so you can sink into it easily.

I’ve been using this pillow behind my knees for over four months now because I’m a back sleeper, and I no longer have lower back pain. I only wish I had bought it sooner! I really miss it when I sleep somewhere without it. It’s made a huge difference in my comfort and sleep quality.
