This cooling bandana has a better cooling effect than I expected. SC coastal summers are extremely hot and humid, so unless you wear an entire cooing system, nothing is going to be miraculous, but this little strip of wet cloth around my neck, really does have a "chilling" feel that helps me bear the heat and humidity. I also carry a bottle of ice/water, so I re-wet it (and my shirt a little) as I go along, which keeps the cooling effect going for my hour walk. When I get home, I rinse it and wring it out and hang it up to dry for the next day. I'm glad I bought it.

With the hotter weather and hot flashes this is a god send at work. Make it wet, squeeze gently and wala!..keeps me cool under all the PPE I have to wear and very easy and comfortable. Lasts for a bout 3 hours.

PROS: Gets cold, stays cold, light weight, can wear under any hatCONS: STIFF STIFF STIFF!!! Both the cooling and black material are lightweight BUT extremely stiff! You can only comfortably wear this one your forehead like the photos. It just will not conform or stay against the skin anywhere else.This head band really does get cold and stay cold BUT its a STIFF as cardboard even when its wet. If they could make the materials softer this would be a $1,000,000 idea. Just making the black material softer would even suffice and make a huge difference. Bought this for my 5yr old to keep him cool and to keep his long hair out of his face at school. He hates it so its going back

This is cotton wrapped around cardboard. It has zero cooling effect and even less absorbency. The stitching is already torn in many spots, the blue cardboard surface is uncomfortable on skin and it looks extremely thin, stiff and cheap. All I wanted was a wrap for my Hot metal handguard and this Is so thin it offers little heat protection.

This is the most amazing product ever. This simple technology is the breakthrough in sports equipment that I’ve been waiting years for. The blue strip is like a shammy you dry your car with, it’s stays cool and absorbs. The tie ends are the perfect length in the back. I ordered two more so that I would have them forever. Perfect for tennis,golf or just a hot day. Makes you look cool too! My wife is SUPER attracted to me now and I got promoted at my job because of it.

Beekeeping in the summertime gets very hot and this has made it much more tolerable. It truly works and is comfortable. As an added bonus, it keep my hair from getting it my eyes within my veil where it only seems to get worse the more I try to fix it. For the price, you and beat it!

Wore this as a headband to keep myself cool and keep working.
