Good price, compact and will not scratch your gun.
This product was exactly as advertised. I like that it even came with the hardware to mount it. You can either use the nice double sided tape or the screws they provide. The exterior cover over the metal magnet makes it nice as well so it does not scratch my gun. I have bought several other gun magnets and this one is by far the best quality that I have seen. I highly recommend this product and you will not be disappointed when you buy it.

Magnets are easily mountable and very powerful
Magnets are easily mountable and very powerful. I'm pretty confident in the relationship between slide and magnet and will not worry about it slipping. Can hold my dad's fully loaded Judge revolver, a large weapon.

Good quality, they hold on tight.
These are advertised as gun magnets, that’s why I bought them and that’s how I’ll review them. I can’t say if they can carry 40 pounds, as I do not own a firearm that weighs that much. Each of the two magnets can hold a loaded pistol nice and tight, or a tactical shotgun, which weighs 9.5 pounds, including all the shells. The rubber that they are covered with has a nice texture and sits without any wiggle.I would highly recommend these magnets for use with holding firearms.

Great product, installation was simple and the price if you do the math,,, for 2 like items, is the least expensive. You do need to select location to be strong enough to hold,,, Clean the area well,,(rubbing alcohol) and use the double sided mounting tape, install the screws before the tape dries,(Do not over tighten screws ,...glue from mounting tape will oooze out a bit) ,,, let sit for 20 hours or so,,,, 5 stars,,, All positive,,,,

These magnets are the best purchase I've made in a while!
These magnets are the best purchase I've made in a while. I put one of them in my truck so that I can always have my piece ready to go as someone that spends a lot of time driving in shady areas......The other one is behind my night stand, so any unwelcome midnight visitors will be dealt with... Highly recommended!
