UPDATE: 8/5/24 After getting a replacement, it seems to work consistently to charge my devices. No longer having to place and replace the phone on the charger to get it to charge. First time, every time. Much happier with the charger for travel. Still pretty angular to place in my backpack, but functions much better. I bought this charger for travel as it would take up much less space than my folding travel charger. This is the 2nd unit I've had and I think it has the same problem. First, the good: The magnet is very strong. it holds the phone and the base of the charger is heavy enough that there is no fear of it tipping over. It seems well constructed. The hinge seems solid. The watch charger is a stand alone device stored at the bottom and plugged in on the side to charge the watch. All good. The not so good: As I said, this is my 2nd unit. The first unit had this issue where when I put the phone on the charger, 2/3 times, it would not start charging. I thought that was strange as it was a phone CHARGER. So I had amazon replace it hoping that it was just a defective unit. The 2nd unit I received has a similar issue. I would put the phone on the charger, and sometimes it would start charging. Sometimes, it would just be held there and no charge was going to the phone. Curious, I switched AC adapters with same results. I don't want to have to think about, "hey, did my charger start to charge my phone" when I put it on the charger at night. You really want to put it on there and forget about it. Haven't decided if I am going to just return this or deal with it. Also note that this is a block of a charger. It isn't as "travel friendly" as you think. I wouldn't say it's bulky, but it is a block of a charger that sits in my backpack. Just be aware.

This thing is awesome! It is a small size, but is really effective at charging your iphone, apple watch, and airpods at the same time. The magnet on the phone charger is quite strong when you have a magsafe charging case. Charges quickly and easily. Cuts down on the number of cords you need to take when you travel. I've had it for over a year and loved it so much that I got my fiancé one too. It has been great for those weekend trips and hotel stays. Highly recommended!

Seemed to be a great solution, however when I place my iPhone and/or my Apple Watch on it, they light up, show they are charging, then after 2-3 seconds they stop charging. I can find no recommendation on the item listing recommending a power supply with a specific spec, however after trial and error I found that a 20 watt power supply is the minimum to power this properly. In my case I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and an older Apple Watch. If I had EarPods I would probably need to bump that to 30. Keep this in mind if you are having charging issues. 5 volt DC, minimum 20 watt charger. Smaller, or older phones may get away with less but this is what fixed my problem. Unit works great now.

This box is easy to travel with and use. Compact in size and you only need one plug in, unless you have an IPad as I do. I have bought extension cords, wall plug ins and multiple cords in a bag. Once I bought this little box, I travel light with two cords now. Just plug it in, insert the watch charger in the box and start charging. You can raise the top or leave it flat for your phone. Very affordable, fast charging and space saving. Functions as described, magnet holds your phone nicely while charging, no noise. I own two more that we use at home, I have had for two years now and still working as should. Well made for travel or home.

Absolutely my favorite charger, use it every night! Holds watch AirPods and phone perfectly. Magnets are very powerful and I mount my phone horizontally to make use of the clock feature. I highly recommend. It is very nice looking and is a clean look on my nightstand.
