Internal hardware is well made and definitely exceeded my expectations. Will be purchasing another sign to add onto this one. Software is user friendly with the help of the instruction manual. Had fun playing around with all the different settings and color combinations.

Customer Service was quick and results were good. I HAD a bit of confusion with the instructions. Chinese letters kept scrolling by. When I emailed customer service to get help, they responded and I was able to see what I had done wrong and how to fix it. I think it woukd be helpful if the automatic message was in the language of the country it was being shipped to.

This item was returned immediately b/c the app required to program it was in Chinese. The size was good and it seemed sturdy, but it was never connected bc of the Chinese app.
