They do charge
They do charge, But they do not have the reset button. I have figured out if you click it on off on off on off manually which is kind of clumsy, it will reset the Fitbit, but a button would’ve been much nicer.

Charges my Alta HR
Charges a used Alta HR that I got as a gift. Battery had been dead for over a year, this charger charged it. Fits onto the rear of the unit with a satisfying snap. No complaints.

It works as described, constructed well
It works and looks as described - just as good as the original. I was worried that it would be cheaply made but the quality of the wire and the charging part are really just as good as the original. It came with 2 so I have a spare for if/when the one I'm using now breaks, and for the price, it can't be beaten by the OEM charger.

When buying please make sure which direction the pins on your fitbit needs there are 2 different types of chargers and they look very similar.
