Complete Nutrition Dry Shake, Chocolate, 1 kg

It solves my sweet fix and has made me just over 3 kg lighter since start of September and it's a week in to October. Routine is also the key .....breakfast my shake and cup of white coffee not hungry till 5ish I feed my 1 year old half 5 so I eat dinner then .....try eat your food before 6 gives it more time to digest and not sitting on ur tummy.

I have tried so many protein shakes and spent a fortune in the process, I had almost given up but thought I’d give it one last go, I got fuel chocolate and the taste is amazing it is so smooth and you instantly feel better after having it, I have now subscribed for the saving and I’m now back on track.

Please make sure you read the nutrition information carefully! Bought this as advertised at 25g of protein within a meal replacement, but when you make up a 100g serving it only equates to 4.3g of protein. You would need 600g to get the full amount and only 1000g per packet.

Tastes like bath water with a hint of chocolate! Not sweet atall but I should of guessed that

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I have tried many complete nutrition shakes but most of them are to sweet and deliver a bad aftertaste. This shake is easy to make and great substitute for my normal breakfast as I can just grab it and go! A must buy for people want a nutritious shake which delivers value for money.

Really easy to make and mixes well. I’ve tried other versions of complete nutrition and this is much better, it’s smoother and light, also smells good. Great for when I’ve got a work meeting first thing and need a quick breakfast.

The taste is much better than other shakes but it clumps up no matter how well it gets shaken so there is a lot of waste and gives it a bad texture. I won't buy again for this reason.
