The real thing
This is a very special treat for someone that wants the taste of the real ham from Spain, very different from any other Iberico Ham. It melts in your mouth, it's rich, and strong. It brings me back to Spain. Be sure to eat it at room temperature, to get the real flavor. My favorite.
