Versatile tools
The media could not be loaded. As a pediatric speech language pathologist and a mom of two littles, I throughly enjoy the opportunities for play and exploration that this kit offers. I keep a running, selective list of toys that my children enjoy so that I can gift them to others and this made the list for ages 2+. I got this as a Christmas present for my 2 year old (24 months) and it was one of his favorites.Quality- the test tubes are made of a light plastic. They have held up so far but I imagine they would not survive being stepped on. With that being said, all ours are in tact with a crazy household.- the rubber on the squeeze part is thick enough to be sturdy, but not too stiff to make it difficult to use (ie, just right)-the cups are a bendable plastic (not super thick)- the lids to both the cups and test tubes seal on well- I paid around $10 and felt the quality equaled a good value for the moneyAge range- I got this for my 2 year old, but I will introduce it in therapy to well older children. I expect it would be a hit up to 10+.- ease of use- my toddler is able to manipulate the squeeze part (a great fine motor activity) but needs help getting the little lids on the tubes (size is very small).-the kids on the cups will *not* prevent spills if the cups are more than 1/4 fullActivities-plain water play. A bowl of water set up on a cookie sheet. My toddler fills the tubes, dumps, fills the cups etc- add a drop of food coloring to the cups. We have fun mixing the colors in tubes and cups. A great activity to go along with the book "mouse paint" (a great little gift idea too)- mixing a few tbsp of vinegar, a drop of food coloring, and water in the cups and making baking soda sizzle/foam on a cookie sheet- squirting the colors on different items (again a cookie sheet is our best friend to curb messes). We've used snow, paper, soap bubbles, ice cubes-making sensory tubes. Add different colors of water, glitter and/or oil to tubes and put in lid.Overall, these have provided multiple fun fine motor activities that promote growth in areas like speech, language and cognition growth. I would buy again at the price I paid!

Fun activity!
Obviously quality is not super expensive but this was perfect for my toddler. We were able to use water/ food coloring to put in the tubes and mix different colors to make new ones! It kept him very entertained and he asks to do this activity often!

Fun product for kids
My kids love making potions with these. It was great buy although the tubes can break free a few uses if your kids are rough (mine are). If they all break they will still have fun exploring mixtures of colors with the big cups. I am even going to use them for painting with my daycare kids.

Easy to clean, and use
My 2 year old loves these. He can tell me colors and match the eye droppers to the cups. We use eye droppers with some watered down paint, or brushes with regular washable paint. So easy to clean and air dry.

DID NOT RECEIVE ALL ITEMS
Did not receive the entire set. Only received the paint cups & droppers… no test tubes or stand was in the box. Which is unfortunate. We were excited about this.
