I had previously purchased a 1/4-inch pad and thoroughly enjoyed it. Consequently, I decided to buy the 3/8-inch pad for my living room. However, it’s made of a completely different material. It’s not as dense, which makes it a bit less squishy underfoot. M

This rug pad is exactly as described. It’s everything and more. I am really happy that I purchased it because it’s working great. It comes with a gripper already attached to the bottom as part of the rug pad so I don’t have to buy a separate rug gripper to hold the pad in place, I really like it and I would recommend it I would buy again thank you

Works well to hold an area rug with a slick back on a hardwood floor. I did notice an odor, almost like a sulfer or something, but that dissipated after several days or so.

Update: decided to keep it. Glad I did 🙂👍 As described. Great carpet pad. Although I ordered it by mistake and have to return it, I can see that it is a very nice rug pad. If I need another one in the future, I will definitely buy this brand. 8’x11’ and 3/8” thick

The rubberized back is an OK touch but there is no difference, that we can tell, between this 3/4in and a waffle padding that we had under our old carpet...that is definitely NOT 3/4". Maybe I was over estimating the amount of spring this would give but not worth the price.
