Great pants for work or lounging!
Awesome pants. The material is very stiff and feels extremely durable. Sizing is on point and not vanity sized, so be sure to get your actual size. I bought a 30 even though I usually wear a 28 and the fit is great. I love the mid-high rise, it’s very comfortable with plenty of room in the legs. Not tight at all. It’s a true loose fit, not skinny. The length was a little long at first since I normally wear a 28 inseam, but Carhartt stopped offering that inseam a long time ago, so no big deal. After washing and drying, they shrank over an inch in the inseam and now fit perfectly. Great pants for working or lounging.

For the working man
REAL work pants. Tree worker/climber here. I work in the mountains and rough desert terrain cutting down trees, getting dirty on the ground and rubbing against nasty spiky shrub. These are the ONLY pants that have lasted me more than a year, and still going strong. Takes about a week of use and a wash for them to break in but still grant great mobility as long as you get the right size. They are baggy on the legs but do run small at the waist, and that part doesn't stretch so I suggest going up a size, unless you want them for fashion. Im usually a 32w but the 33w fit very well. They are thick and pretty warm too, I wouldn't wear them on 80°F plus weather unless you dont mind the heat. Overall, best rugged pants around. There's some 90dls+ pants that arent half as tough as these, hard to beat true cotton duck canvas I just bought 4 more pairs in different colors and wont wear anything else till the summer comes. Also, they look pretty darn good when clean, so you could wear them to go out

Carhartts are awesome, whichever fit that you choose...
There are three different fits in this brand of pants now... these loose fit carhartts are bigger than the regular ones, bigger though the hip and legs. If you are expecting the old school regular fit than don't get the loose fit. There is also the relaxed fit, it is a little bigger than the regular ones but not as baggy as the loose fit. The last is just a regular fit that is not loose or relaxed.

Pretty great!
Takes a little bit to break in but that’s how you know they’re darn tough! Nice you’ve put them through a couple of cycles in the wash, they start to really shape and soften making them super comfy. A little disappointed to see these aren’t USA made at this price point. They fit pretty true to size, if not a tad on the larger side in the waist.

Last call for Union Made in the USA B01 black
Union Made in USA 28x30 These are thick duck canvas and are not the same as the new imported version they offer now. While both are made from duck canvas the USA version has more weight to them. These are true to size. No vanity sizing here. Measuring 14inch waist, 11 3/4 rise and a 11 1/4 upper thigh. Not sure if the brown is union made but the black pair I received were. Will pick up another pair to have on deck being that this is the last call for the US made variety. Classic, durable and versatile. Get some.

Comfortable, stylish, and built to last.
I bought these mainly for everyday wear, and they’ve become my favorite pants. The rugged style looks great, and the quality feels amazing. They go well with boots or sneakers, and the pockets are super practical. Comfortable, stylish, and built to last.

Typical carhartt quality. Heavy fabric, reinforced knees and double stitching. Amazon did their homework and made sure the order was correctly filled. Gotta luv Amazon

Definitely fit fairly snug. If you’re between two sizes, definitely order the bigger size. Other than that these things are fantastic! Heavy duty and the ones I ordered were made in USA which was awesome as carhartt has really gone away from that. Can’t recommend em enough and I wish I could guarantee they were all made in USA as I would order them in bulk lol.
