Definitely recommend this as a 22 year old with PCOS. I have only been taking this for less than a month but my period finally came on time, day 28 whereas I’m usually always 10-14 days late. Bleeding was also much lighter as my period was actually on time so less build up. I didn’t notice any of my usual PMS symptoms as usually I have awful mood swings, breakouts and cravings! I wanted to see if this had an effect on facial hair but I think it’s too soon to tell for this symptom at least! I’m also using IPL alongside this. The serving size of 2000mg a day is proven to be effective and only twice a day is convenient. I haven’t had any negative side effects from this either.

These are great supplements for who has been diagnosed with PCOS. These supplements are gentle for your stomach, I have been having it for more then 2 weeks now and I haven't noticed any disturbance to my stomach. Definitely has improved my mood, energy level and of course better saleep. I am very satisfied with these supplements. Definitely recommend

Not sure what it dose but i feel better after take it for a month have more energy and feel less pain around my back.

not bad quality, big difference in energy levels, but for pcos recommened amount is 4000, for that you have to take 8 capsules in a day. That too much.

I’ve used powder form myo inositol and I felt it made a huge difference to my pms. I am not PCOS but estrogen dominant and it works. I read that it’s best combined with D chiropractic inositol so this seemed a good choice and have used other nutrivo products before successfully. At the moment I am only remembering and managing to take 2 a day rather than the recommends x4 (2 twice daily). I think it’s therefore ok but I’m obviously not getting the full benefits. It’s a shame the dosage requires for capsules or that we can’t take it in one go I haven’t tried. Therefore, I found the powder form in water in one drink a lot more manageable but I am happy to try this again and hopefully be prepared enough to take it morning and night.

I have very irregular periods and I am extremely sensitive to contraception pills. Last time when I had emergency pill (which I use maybe once in a year), it disturbed my whole cycle! I didnt have period for months. When I started this product, I had my period and the next month was on time again. It also makes me feel good and I have high energy so definitely effective. However, it does take time to work when I compared to other brands with similar dose. The reason I specifically bought this product was because it had both myo and d chiro inositol in capsule form (so premeasured amount) and easy to take. But they are big capsules! I think if they could change capsules (into a smaller one) it would be a lot better

They are working amazing, have also noticed my facial hair isn't coming back as quickly. Also I have noticed that my mood swings are so much less too. absolutely amazing!

As someone with PCOS and a varied cycle length, sometimes going a year with no period these have been a game changer. I’ve taken these for just over 3 months now and have had 3 periods. Each cycle getting shorter and closer to a normal length. I’ve had no side effects from these, they’re easy to take and something I’ll be taking regularly.
