Actually protected my little toes

Used on holiday as I tend to wear wedges in the evening and always get cuts/ blisters. Brought these to help and they definitely help to give abit of extra padding to protect feet. Stickiness was good but depending on how long you wear it for it sometimes moves about. Definitely waterproof and great quality. I love the variation you get too, definitely recommend!

These blister plasters perform just as well as the big-name brands but at a fraction of the price. They stay in place, protect well, and help ease discomfort just like the expensive versions. Honestly, such a great find – effective and affordable.

Very helpful for blisters when wearing shoes however absolutely useless when wearing doing sport! I'm a runner and I found they just slip off with sweat and trainer rubbing through activity. Also came off after showering so in reality you need a new one every day or more if you exercise making them expensive. Also made the area itchy for me.
