Definitely does the job, and even my friend enjoyed rolling on it + bought her own (my friend is a diehard runner, who is extremely sceptical to the "extra fitness tools you don't need for fitness").The delivery was quick and the package was adequate. I have used the item for a while now and it does not look worn out or show any signs of over-use.I really enjoy massaging my upper back and legs. I always had problems with my lower back and used to be always scared to roll on it but now I look forward to doing that part as well. I definitely have some cracking on my upper body though, which is why I think I enjoy rolling on my shoulders+upper back more!

Roller is really good, it works fantastic on your muscles after a good workout at the gym. My calves were big/bulky and now slim this roller has helped my muscles relax and get rid of knots. Only downside was the service from seller i wanted to exchange product for the bigger size, got fedup of waiting for response so started using this one purchased.

There are rollers on the market fro £15-20+ which do exactly the same thing as this one.Had mine for 2 years and always does me proud, good size and length to roll out back and thighs.

I have only recently found out about the foam rollers purely by chance when I pulled a muscle in my calf. It is necessary to download guidelines on using them. I can say that it is a very useful tool, my injury healed within two days whereas normally would take a week. I tried it for my back problems and it really does help. I have now sent for one with bobbles on to get to places where this one doesn't. At first it hurts but you kind of get used to the pain and find it rather addictive. It may seem a bit pricey but by golly it is worth it. Things tend to go wrong a lot more when you are older, and anything that can help needs to be utilised.

Fantastic, well worth it at the price of £10It is MUCH better than it looks in the photos, I would describe it as a almost a plastic/foam hybrid type material, I was abit concerned from the photos that it maybe a squidgy type of foam but thankfully it's not.The firmness is perfect as it has a small smidgeon of give but remains firm enough that it does it job.

OMG has this helped my muscle issues. I was suffering from chronic knee pain. I'm a cyclist and cycling was fine but walking was a nightmare.Used this - under instruction from a Physio - to release the tension on the muscle on the outside of my thigh (I was suffering no pain there) and this cured it.If you're suffering joint/muscle issues, talk to a physio - they'll likely suggest one of these and tit is awesome.
