The chapters are too long and tedious. They repeat themselves a bunch as well.

The book worked fine for my course.

I am suffering reading this awful textbook for a 200 level business class. Extremely biased opinions spread throughout the book with very little content. Also, Janette must have just learned the phrase "former and latter" because she uses it on practically every page. Be prepared to re-read many irrelevant sentences in an attempt to grasp simple concepts that could be understood in a few words. Ive learned that I can understand the content easily by just reading the first and last sentence of every paragraph.

I totally recommend the book for everyone cause it's useful for guys who are interested in business
