Q: if shipping is free why is the cost so much, really gouging the public here

When we say shipping is free we man it is included in the selling price. We would love to be able to use UPS and or USPS and get that for free. But that is not the case. Free shipping means included in the cost is the shipping. However as mentioned it costs 10.00 pr more to send that one bottle to you

Q: Does this smell the same as the comet powder?

Absolutely not. It has no bleach, but citric acid as the cleaning agent. It smells fresh and lightly citrusy, very clean.

Q: will this clean very discolored grout?

I doubt it, it doesn't contain bleach.. I would use Clorox bleach gel for that.
