Received the package in about a week after ordering, but there were a few missing parts. Reached out to the phone number on the instructions and they dispatched the missing parts on the same day. The assembly was fairly easy. It took about an hour for me (novice) to finish the assembly. Parts are strong and have no noticeable flaws. The structure is quite stable and sturdy. The top tower is tall and has a thin base so it shakes and trembles a bit when my cat climbs onto it. The cave is spacious and has quickly become my cats fav hub now. The hammock is an ok addition, the cats don't consider it. The scratch post is a matter of curiosity to my cats, but only occasionally. The ladder is untouched by my cats. The fabric is quite soft and cozy, my cats find it ok. But this could only be because currently it is summer season. From an aesthetic perspective, it surely looks good in the room. Ultimately, what do the end customers say: do my cats like it? Well yes and no. They love the many platforms and the cave an sometimes the scratch post. But I feel it will take some time for the cats to get used to this and will adapt to it more as temperatures cool. All in all to me it's worth buying.

I just love this product and so does my cat. The assembly of the product was soooo much fun that all 3 of us were involved in it and then it took a couple of days for my cat to start going to it. Now, she uses the scratching bars every now and then, and at night she will run up all the way to the top and sit there. Great product, great quality and value for money.

Easy to assemble step by step guide. Strong and stable base. It is soft and comfortable for my cat. She loves it. But my cat don't play with the ball hanging on it because of how it is placed.
