I like to blend this with shilajit and pink pearl powder for an excellent tonic drink. By itself this seems to have a deeply tonifying effect on the kidneys, and I have also noticed an increase in mental sharpness. The flavour is pleasingly salty. This is a good price compared to other prices I've seen, though I haven't tried the others and therefore cannot compare quality. I've purchased various products from Yun Dao and have been happy with all of them: good quality and good pricing! If you are looking for good pine pollen at a very good price, I don't know of a better source.

This seems to be a high quality herbal product. The taste is pleasant and consistent with expectations. The effect is warming and energizing.
