It's super soft but still supportive, which is perfect because I switch between sleeping on my back and side.I’ve been using it for about a month now and it hasn’t gone flat at all. It holds its shape and still feels just as good as the first night. Honestly, for the price, I wasn’t expecting it to feel this luxurious. Great quality and a total game-changer for my sleep.
