SalomonMen's Speedcross Peak Climasalomon Waterproof Hiking Shoe

I've owned at least eight to ten different Salomon trail running shoes in the past ten years.. About six years ago my knees gave out (I'm seventy). I've been walking and have been through four different "Sense Ride" styles and had been pretty happy with them, until their latest version. I bought a pair of Sense ride 5's here and was very disappointed. Couldn't wear them. All the other Sense Ride versions I'd bought directly from Salomon and they were great right out of the box. The ones I bought from Amazon (same size) hurt my feet so badly I couldn't wear them. Naturally I was very skeptical about buying any more Salomon shoes from Amazon. You always worry about fakes. However I took a chance on the Speed Cross Peak water-proof shoes and am glad I did. Like genuine Salomon's they were great right out of the box. Because my yard goes down to the beach and has some uneven areas I wear them taking the dogs out back. They are extremely well made, supportive, with great traction. And we're even on sale! Although since I now walk primarily on pavement so we'll see how long the more aggressive tread lasts. But for now I'm extremely happy and would recommend. They are sharp looking, very light-weight and well made. My faith has been renewed however the Sense-ride style has gone off the deep end.

I didn’t mean to buy a pair of water proof shoes because I was worried about them being to hot. They are not. I’ve had to test how water proof they are multiple times without fail. I love the pull laces.

Wish the top "fabric" was a better blue color. Kind of has a purplish color. Otherwise, true to size and comfortable.

Bought these to replace my Merrell Moab gortex shoes, and I'm glad I did. Very comfortable with plenty of toe room. I stand all day in a warehouse environment and my feet aren't sore after a 10 hour shift like they were with my Merrells.

This shoe baee is all moulded plastic. If that wasn't bad enough the tred is only a few millimeter thick and is glued onto the other plastic base. Can't believe this is the price given the, what appears to be, cheap product

Bought this shoes a couple of days ago. After using this two days they collapsed. I pronate but have nerver seen this before!

Si buscáis un tipo de calzado para senderismo o para trail running, este es el perfecto. Salomon es sin lugar a dudas una marca con gran prestigio y todos sus productos son de altísima calidad, lo cual notaréis tan solo probar estas zapatillas.Personalmente las uso para correr por montaña, y en terrenos variados, en los cuales se juntas tierra, piedras, rocas…Destacar el agarre, buenísimo, y las protecciones como se aprecia en el frontal, que os ayudará en caso de chutar sin querer alguna piedra o roca.La comodidad es otro de los grandes puntos fuertes de este calzado. Las zqapatillas son muy cómodas, y la sujeción es perfecta, algo indispensable para este tipo de rutas donde puede ser fácil que si algo falla, te tuerzas un tobillo.Son zapatillas cómodas y seguras, que podéis usar incluso en competición. Chaussure Salomon pour la randonnée mais pas uniquement.Ella taille juste, je fais du 42 1/2 habituellement, j’ai pris du 42 2/3 et c’est parfait !La tenue est très bonne, je suis bien dedans.J’ai été surpris par son accroche lors de ma première randonnée en montagne avec, aussi bien sur les rochers/cailloux que la terre et le sable, j’ai jamais glissé, c’est vraiment top.Après 25km de marche à un rythme soutenu, aucune douleur ni gêne.Elle ce nettoie facilement, un peu d’eau chaude sur éponge et c’est bon.Je la porte également comme une basket de tout les jours, elle s’y prête également très bien.J’en suis pleinement satisfait et la recommande sans hésiter.⭐️ 5 étoiles ⭐️

Las compré para mi para hacer runnig por camino de parcelaria o tierra. He tenido otras similares y la verdad que Salomón es sinónimo de calidad y satisfacción. También me gustó su diseño, como siempre bien cuidado, elegante y con ese toque Salomón que le caracteriza.Estás zapatillas están diseñadas para andar y correr por tierra o campo. Tienen taco para favorecer un buen agarre. En principio no son pa correr por asfalto ya que te llevas el taco en dos días que salgas a correr.Son de goretex por lo que son aptas para cualquier estación ya que no se mojan.Yo he uso una talla 42 y he pedido una 42. La sensación es de que queda muy justa incluso pequeña. Tras usarla un par de veces cede lago el revestimiento interior he me he sentido más cómodo. Si pides medio número más al habitual, mejor.Tiene mucho agarre en tierra, no resbalan.La suela tiene tacos en V, con agarres en la puntera y preparada para sacar el barro.Es bastante flexibles y con buen agarre.Salomón es una marca TOP. Da ich jedoch einen etwas breiteren Fuß habe, merke ich, dass die Schuhe im vorderen Bereich recht schmal ausfallen.Bei der Schnürung hat man sich für eine innovative Art entschieden, bei der der Schnürsenkel (dünn, aber fest) geschlossen ist. Der Mechanismus ist am Anfang ungewohnt, hält gut. Mit hohem Spann schlüpft man etwas schwerer in den Schuh.Der Fersenbereich wirkt nicht nur auf den Fotos recht wuchtig. Die Sohle ist deutlich, tief profiliert und erfüllt ihren Zweck in unebenem Gelände sehr gut. Die Schuhe würde ich deshalb als reine Wanderschuhe betrachten und nicht als Sportschuhe, die man auch beim Wandern tragen kann. Für Sport ist mir persönlich die Sohle nicht geschmeidig genug.
