Excellent, very easy to fit
Bought to replace another one similar. Didn't need to use the arms so can't comment on those but the quality is great, incredibly easy to fit (to the arms), lovely and shiny, good weight to it. On/off side is very smooth, temperature said is fab with a safety stop at 38 degrees. Very happy, good value for money

Non confident DIY-er install
This tap was super easy to install.I didn't actually see many reviews that answered the question I had so bit the bullet and purchased it anyways.I had to purchase additional fittings for the push fit pipe connectors to fit the tap fittings supplied with this as the taps didn't seem to fit the 3/4" ones I had used so may be something to be aware off.Super easy to fit for anyone comfortable doing DIY and allowed me to solve the problem of replacing an electric shower with a mixer. The pressure is wonderful running off this mixer & the thermostatic control works wonders.The tap is built rather well, so highly recommend.

good and well described! good quality
works well, well described, thanks for that as just by good description i could say its exactly the right one for me! very easy fitting and it took me 10 mins all together, water flows well and nicely switches between top and bottom. also the temperature is good

Check quality of fitting for problems
I bought the fitting at beginning of December, but due to holidays, illness and plumber problems, didn't actually get to have it fitted until last week. unfortunately, when our plumber tried to fit it it leaked water everywhere. There is a minute hole in the connector, he said was caused by sand grain in casting process. I had to buy a replacement urgently as we had no shower! I thought I brought it elsewhere so have been trying to get a refund, only to realise today I got it from Amazon. I can't return it now even though it's a manufacturing fault.

Works well but lower flow rate and missing washers
It was missing the rubber washers for the joint between the risers and the tap head unit so it leaked badly. Had to do a dash to B&Q for the washers.Tap thermostat works well as does switching between bath and shower but the flow isnt as good as the tap it replaced so bath takes longer to fill. I’d estimate its dropped by about 1/3.
