I love it, it's simply practical and easy to assemble, I use it for my grocery runs, and the battery lasts up to almost a week!

Overall, good bike. Works OK range is not that tell you to be. Almost impossible to speak with somebody from a seller side. Keep in mind. Instructions are poor.My son wants to know how he can turn his front light on and off? They are absolutely no information how to do that. Can someone tell me how can I turn on and off my bike’s light? :))

The media could not be loaded. I will start off by saying in the beginning I had no problems with the scooter, it ran well and got my cousin back and forth to work but only for 2 weeks. The first week we were on vacation and it just set in the box until we got back. All of the sudden mid trip on her way back home it stopped working, it was fully charged the lights were the only thing that was working on it at that point. I have never had a problem getting items replaced from Amazon at all, and I have been a loyal customer for many many years! Amazon put me in touch with the seller of this scooter to try to get a solution. Here is why the zero stars, this seller only got back with me once a day through email and by asking idiotic questions repeatedly. It really felt like they were stalling knowing the return date was coming up soon. I finally got tired of the run around and just returned the scooter through Amazon, but I was only wanting a replacement which is why I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the once a day email questions and this had been happening for a week! Save your time and money and find something different, in case of your item malfunctioning you don't have the same headache I have had!

We ABSOLUTELY love them! My husband had huge back surgery at the beginning of summer & They have been a game changer as far as us getting outside, going places, and enjoying ourselves. Our 3yr old grandson enjoys going on “motorcycle bicycle” rides with us. He can easily stand on it in front of me as I wrap my legs around him. He powers it while I manage steering and brakes. He’s already an expert at it! There is plenty of power and the battery life is excellent! I like that there are three different gears so if my grandson is with me & “driving” I can put it in the lower one. Also, the middle gear helps save battery life and you still can go pretty fast. Everything is true to the specs given, as far as how far you can ride and how fast they go… we’ve had no issues! I did have to get slime inner tubes for the tires. I only had flat but we weren’t taking anymore chances. They are pretty fun little scooters!!!

These are amazing scooters !!!! They are great for family fun and family town rides great for all Nd I got a seat that attaches on mine and so my daughter rides with me and stillPlenty of power ! Very sturdy ! The kneck of it could be alittle more reinforced , but we welded ours and now they are solid !! But my son is very rough on things my daughters didn’t need there’s welded ! Love these scooters nothing bad to say highly recommend!!!!

I love the scooter! But I dont like that the company does not sell replacement batteries. I looked everywhere! For a 48v battery that had the right dimensions to fit this scooter. Amazon eBay google nothing! Emailed the company and they only said they dont sell batteries and I would have to buy a aftermarket battery. I explained that I could not find one anywhere. They would not provide any help finding any vender that would sell one. So I’m bummed.

I ordered this scooter to help support my husband during his bike rides and also to use for running errands around my community. I bought it through Amazon RESALE, so I expected some wear, but it arrived with missing parts and seemed to be manufacture assembled incorrectly. And Battery was weak.Unfortunately, the manufacturer wouldn’t cover the defects, after back and force email with them. Even though the product was still under warranty—apparently because it was a resale. That was really disappointing. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and went above and beyond to help—honestly, they were 120% supportive.Overall, the scooter itself could have been great, but the condition it arrived in and the lack of manufacturer support made it a headache. I'm really torn on how to rate it because the product has potential, but the experience wasn't smooth. The manufacturer never wanted to replace any parts or the battery, so I stopped emailing them. I should have returned it, but instead, I bought the parts myself and fixed it. 5 star for Amazon and 2 star for Manufacture.
