It actually works.
I did a few things, found an inner space that could be further cordoned off with room dividers and blankets, and made sure cell phone and lights were not in that space; the sound improved my Tascam dr 07x recordings significantly!!! Glad I purchased it. Now if I can stop forgetting the words...
