I bought this heavy duty motorcycle carrier to carry two of my very heavy fat tire ebikes as my ebikes are about 85 pounds each and most mountain bike hitch mounted carriers will not handle that kind of weight. This bike carrier was made for light weight motorcycles, yet work great for my two heavy ebikes. This rack is well made and lighter than the steel ones and this one being made of heavy aluminum and will not rust. The addition of ratchet straps was a great plus. The carrier was easy to assemble and works really great.

The cross braces on this should have been built with thicker heat treated aluminum, to help reduce weight. Overall a decent built hauler. Directions weren't the greatest, but it waz easy enough to figure out without them.

I’ve used it several times. Very well constructed but the compression straps are too narrow and too long. I replaced them. Otherwise it’s a great bike support rack.

Poor workmanship! Not lightweight! Hitch beam is definitely coated steel to make it look like aluminum. Thumb screws don't even thread into support beam to secure the ramp. Had to use vice grips to remove one of them. Improper hole threads. Holes are misaligned so ramp is crooked when fastened down. Pins won't secure most motorcycles wheel depths. They hit right at the middle of the rim. My correspondence and complaint to the seller have been ignored. Buyer beware!

The product works but the picture showed 2-hooks from the tie downs in 1-of the tie down points. This will not happen. The holes are not big enough for both tie down hooks. I was in contact with the seller. They responded advising they were looking into it then crickets. Just be aware you have to get “creative” when strapping down your bikes.

So far so good!Six (included) tie downs on each minibike seem to do the trick.(I did drill 2 differently placed holes in the ramp and add a rubber pad and washers) and am impressed with the quality and strength of the carrier.

Does the job, love the extra straps that come with.A star removed as the fame is missing hook holes for the straps to lock into, other than that it handles two heavy weight E-bikes pretty well.

Came with no instructions.
