These little gems are perfect , there easy to swallow as they are smaller size than some others I've had, good value ,and 4 months supply, no smell to them and definitely no fish taste back when you burp , I've been told by my rheumatologist to take high strength codlive oil for inflammation around my joints and these do seem to help my painfully joints

So many vitamins are in large capsules which I struggle to get down. These are a good size. The outer casing is a little tough for me otherwise great.

Can’t really say if it works, but I have continued using it as I have increased my exercising and it has a good measure of vitamin D as recommended by my GP, so I don’t have to buy separate medications It is easy to swallow and leaves no after taste like others do. I don’t eat seafood so works for me. It doesn’t smell
