A super simple piece of equipment to radically transform back workouts. The PowerGym Landmine/Grappler is extremely versatile, a quick search on Youtube shows the vast amount of workouts on offer, with the main exercises adding size to back and lats. The T Bar Row Platform can be used with either Standard or Olympic Barbells. The Platform can be bolted to the floor with suitable standard fixings (not supplied) or secured to a 2" box section frame (such as a Smith Machine or Power Cage). The Platform has a full 360 degree swivel design making it ideal for use in workout areas with limited space. Why go to the expense of purchasing a full size T-Bar Row Machine and taking up vital space in the gym? When not in use the only space taken up is the platform (28cm x 13cm). Add our T- Bar or Single handle to complete the set.
