Fun and educational
Educational cupcakes are a wonderful tool for toddlers. They help develop fine motor skills, hand strength, and coordination. The colorful pieces are great for teaching numbers and colors, with candles that match the stars on the cupcakes for counting practice. The cupcakes are also perfect for imaginative play, and the reusable storage tub keeps everything organized. Durable and well-made, they provide endless learning and play opportunities.

Cute, but expensive
I like that these come with a storage container, and the fact the lid has a handle makes it easier for a small child to move it around. This set only goes from 1-5. Each cake consists of a base (which has a number of stars on it), a cupcake topping, and a candle in the shape of the number. The bases are in two colours, dark for 1, 3 and 5, light for 2 and 4. These are a fairly rigid plastic, and I'm a little concerned as to how well they'd stand up to being stood on by an adult. However they are of a size that this hopefully wouldn't happen. The cake toppers are a softer material - possibly a thick silicone. They are very easy for an adult to put on and off, so I believe a child should find it simple enough. Each one is a different colour. The candles are again one each of five different colours, and the colours are the same as the toppers. So a cake can be assembled with a matching topper and candle, or with different. These are again made from plastic, but because they're hollow shapes (and much smaller than the cake bases) I'm definitiely concerned that these would flatten if stepped on.It's a nice set that can also be used as part of a play kitchen, but I think that at the current price point of £23.95 is too epensive.

Superb Quality
I’m very impressed with this toy set because of the superb quality. All of the items in the set are very strong, study and durable so I know that they will withstand a lot of usage and that they are safe for my nephew to play with. The toys are all very lightweight and comfortable for him to hold which I really like and they are educational for him as well. I like that they come in the bucket as it makes it easy for me to put them away one day on in use. The toys are very good at helping my nephew with his fine motor skills which is important and I like that they are brightly coloured. I think that this set is very giftable and would make a nice present for somebody. We haven’t had any issues or problems with using this set so I do highly recommend it. The value for money is brilliant and it gets a huge thumbs up from me.

Educational and fun
Having young children at home, I've found these counting cupcakes to be an invaluable tool for early learning. Each cupcake is easy to handle and durable, which is essential at this developmental stage. My toddler enjoys matching the numbers with the stars and snapping the pieces together, which aids in fine motor skill development. The vibrant colors and the concept of turning play into a learning experience are what make these particularly appealing. It's also handy that everything fits neatly into its tub, so tidying up after playtime isn't an overwhelming chore.

Counting Cupcakes
I got these counting cupcakes for my toddler and I'm pleased with the quality and versatility of the toy. The set comes in a handy plastic tub with a handle, which great for storage and transporting. Each of the five cupcakes splits into 3 pieces - cupcake casing, frosting and pop-in candle numbers. The cupcakes are numbered from one to five, and you can count and match the number of stars printed on the cupcake casing with the correct pop-in candle number, and match the colour of the candle with the same cupcake frosting. It's a great way to develop your little one's number and colour recognition, as well as counting skills. The durable plastic holds up really well against my kids enthusiastic play in the bath, outdoor sandpit, and in his regular play area. The only limitation with this educational toy is that it only counts up to five - numbers six to ten would've had a wider appeal for toddlers learning but it's still a decent education toy for anyone to have in their collection.

Makes learning fun for toddlers
This set is fantastic for my little one. She loves the bright colors and popping the cupcakes open and closed. It's a fun way for her to practice counting and colors while having a blast. The pieces are durable and easy for her to grasp. Great way to mix learning with play!

My nephew enjoys playing with them even though he doesn't understand counting or numbers yet
My nephew just turned 2 so I got him these. He doesn’t fully understand the activity but he still loves playing with them, putting them in his mouth, and trying to assemble them (incorrectly, but it’s still good for his motor skills and hand strength!). The quality of the pieces is great and the plastic is thick, it also doesn’t have an off-putting, chemical smell that’s associated with certain plastics

Fun and educational playtime
Introducing educational toys to a toddler’s day-to-day can turn into an adventure. These counting cupcakes have been a delightful discovery. Not only do they engage my child in play, but the educational value is clear. Watching them learn to count, recognize colors, and develop fine motor skills while playing is incredibly rewarding. The cupcakes are durable and easy for little hands to manage, making learning through play an achievable goal. This toy has become a favorite in our household, sparking joy and curiosity equally.

One happy little kiddo...
We do not have any little ones in our home at the moment, but we do have a very good family friend that does, so this was chosen to send to them.Part of the impressive part is the fact that they are well designed and thought out. Between the different textures, colors, shapes and activities that are built in, all work on critical aspects that little ones need for proper development. My wife retired from a national pre-school program here in the USA, and they had this exact same set in their classroom. Durability is not an issue, and it even comes with it's own storage unit. You will not go wrong with picking up this set for a little one - in my opinion.Hope this helps some !

Cute and fun
I got these for my kiddos to play with. I have a 1, 3, 5, and 6 year old. They all have fun playing with any sort of food toys so they all love these. For the learning aspect I think they’re most appropriate for my just turned 3 year old and a bit younger. She has a lot of fun matching up the numbers and serving them to the whole family. I think the only negative aspect is a feel like for the current price of $22 it should include a bit more. Maybe up to 10 would be a more appropriate value in my opinion. Overall though they are durable and frustration free so I would still recommend them.

Great
I got these learning resources for counting cupcakes for my son. He loves using them and learning how to count. He is going to be 2 in July and can count to 10 with no help thanks to this toy. I am very pleased with it and the price. These would make a great gift.

Cute set packs easily in canister
This is a cute cupcake making toy that you can put matching numbers on top. The pieces are mix and match so kids can put them together in a different order or any order they want. My kids don't really use it as a counting game, but more just as play cupcakes. It comes with a nice reusable canister with a lid to store the pieces in. All the pieces fit easily in the canister with out any struggle. My 2 year old is able to put cupcakes together by herself but doesn't understand the number element to it yet. My six year old also uses just as play cupcakes. You could incorporate numbers probably by sitting and playing with them

VERSATILE & DURABLE
Learning Resources should honestly consider makes educational toys, but they could totally get away with just making regular old toys as well, because their stuff is genuinely awesome quality. These are so durable. The bottom part of the cupcake is a hard plastic, and the "frosting" part has a rubbery feel and is slightly squishy (but still super firm). The number candles are made out of a plastic that reminds me of a harder version of ball-pit balls. They are super cute and were an instant hit with the kids. Also, as an extra storage idea, or if you just want to play with these as plain cupcakes, you can put the number candles in from the bottom side of the frosting - this essentially stores them inside the cupcake and looks really clean. The only one this doesn't work perfectly with is the purple one, but these weren't designed to necessarily be stored that way, so I wasn't expecting it to work perfectly to begin with. But whether you're using these educationally or just for play this is an awesome set that should last a long time.
