Pieces missing, markers don't work
There was a whole piece missing, the sign. Also, the markers were dry.

Great guest sign in.
Very special way to display the guest list of an event (wedding). The wooden box for the hearts is easy to assemble however it is very flimsy, and could easily break if the slightest bit of mishandling should happen. The little sign kept falling over because it and it's little "stand" are as flimsy as the box. The heart stand is made of much stronger material. Overall I do love it. I just wish the box and sign were made the same strength wood as the heart stand.

Missing Parts
The heart is beautiful. The box for the heart was not in the box. I am getting married on Tuesday, 12/31and I don't have a box for the hearts. The seller refunded me for the cost.
